Used Kululu for my daughter and future son-in-law's engagement party. The site is so easy to use and we got over 950 photos from the day! Our guests love that they didn't have to install an app on their phones to share. I must say that I've been to other people's events and have found trying to share was so much more difficult than Kululu! I will be using Kululu for both of my daughters' weddings this year, as well as the bridal shower. Customer service was top notch as well. I can't recommend this service more!

I recently used the Kululu event photo/video album app for my family reunion in Melbourne, and it was incredible! With over 60 participants, everyone had access to upload content throughout our 4-day event, ensuring the entire experience was captured from every perspective. A highlight was the live photo wall we projected daily, giving us moments to laugh and reminisce together after each day's events. After the reunion, I kept the upload feature open for an additional week so everyone could add more photos. When it was time to share, it couldn’t have been easier—just enabled download access via our album link, and all 60+ participants instantly had a complete album of memories from our 2024–25 family reunion. The app is very user-friendly, and the customer service team was prompt and professional. I highly recommend Kululu for anyone looking to capture and share meaningful events of any size. We’ll definitely be using it again!

wanted to share that we used Kululu for our It’s A Wonderful Life Festival in Seneca Falls, New York, and it was a huge success! We set up 10 stations throughout the town, each featuring instructions and props for participants to recreate iconic actions from the movie, like ringing a bell, wearing angel wings, or pretending to throw a rock through a window. Participants took photos or videos of their actions and uploaded them to Kululu. We also had a TV set up in a storefront that displayed all the images and videos live, which added an extra layer of excitement for everyone. The platform was incredibly easy to use, and the feedback was fantastic—people had so much fun with it! Thank you so much for providing such a great tool!

I was thrilled to see all the beautiful pictures that were shared by the guests at my daughter's wedding. We were able to see various things that the photographer couldn't see from his position. We even saw pictures of things that happened after the photographer had left. These are all precious, once-in-a-lifetime photos that my daughter will have forever. Everything was so easy to do, from creating the event to having guests submit photos. All of the uploaded pictures were immediately visible!

Kululu was great!!! It was so easy to get photos uploaded to the album, and it was great to be able to have them stored there until I could get everything downloaded after our wedding. I also love the feature of being able to playback all the photos and videos in a slideshow!

Loved Kululu! Brilliant Idea and Service.. I wanted a way for guests to share photos/videos of our wedding day with us and Kululu was the perfect match. Not only did it allow guests to share photos and videos of our day but also display them on a screen for all to see instantaneously - this is what makes Kululu a better option than others as it gives some interaction for guests to encourage them to upload and see the resaults. We also created cards with the QR codes which we left on the tables for guest when they were sitting down of the Wedding Breakfast. Would defiantly use Kululu again!

I actually happened upon Kululu the night before our wedding reception. It fit the bill for something I didn’t realize I needed because we didn’t have a photographer at this event. This was ideal! I really appreciate the ease of access in the web design. I honestly was able to create the website entirely from my iPhone, laying in bed at midnight/1 am. I posted a framed QR code & website at the bar at our reception & I’m happy with the photos we received! What a neat website, I wish I had known about it sooner! I was so excited to find Kululu! I work for a non-profit so funds for an event are very limited. I was asked to help plan a retirement party for someone who has been with the agency for 16 years. During that time, she invested so much of herself into the undergrads & grad students who have volunteered here. Many of them have since graduated and moved out of state so I was looking for a way that they could send her greetings, pictures, etc. Kululu was perfect!! I sent the link out with an evite and we were able to see the well wishes and pictures at the retirement party. Plus she now has the link, so she is able to watch it whenever she wants! Kululy is user friendly and I loved that we did not have to download an app to use. Right before the party I sent the link to the person with the laptop and she set it up to play at the event ... No issues or hiccups at all!!! I highly recommend!

The platform was absolutely great. I love the options of the gallery vs the slideshow options plus the ability to share and allowing bulk upload and bulk downloads amongst my wedding guests. They all love the simplicity of it. If I have another event, I will consider you all again!

I recently used the Kululu product at my son's wedding, and I am thrilled with how it enhanced our special day. Setting up the tool was incredibly easy, and the ability to upload family images beforehand added a personal touch that everyone loved. We experienced only one minor hiccup, likely due to simultaneous uploads by our photographer and videographer, but this did not significantly impact the overall experience. We used Kululu for a very special family gathering. It was important for me that all family members would be able to remember this amazing day. It was so easy to get everyone on board, made easier with the link and easy to print QR code. The only negative was how slow it was to upload multiple images at once. Will definitely use Kululu for future gatherings.

The app was fantastic. We offered a prize for the best picture taken at the wedding but unfortunately I didn’t do a great job advertising the QR code. I’d say if you opt to go this route make sure to post the QR codes everywhere and even have the DJ make an announcement. Great idea and very fun.

Found Kululu during photo option research for my grandma’s birthday party. It was so easy to set up and share with everyone. We uploaded memories and pictures before the party and had the slideshow going during the party. Everyone uploaded pictures during the weekend and now we are going through and reminiscing.

This was such a fun addition to the night! It was such an easy process to use the QR code and place it all around the venue. Seeing the night through our guest’s eyes was so much fun! Instead of paying an arm and a leg for a videographer and photographer for our destination wedding, we provided guests with a QR code at their tables to upload to Kululu. It was a mostly seamless process for guests, and we encouraged them to upload any photos from their trip. For 55 people, the 500 photos was more than plenty for the wedding day plus plenty of other candid shots from the week. We even got some great videos of our first dance, which was the only thing we were genuinely worried about missing. The single (relatively minor) issue we encountered was that there was a file size limit for uploads, so people who aren't familiar with editing videos on their phone or computer had to figure out another way to share their moments with us. Overall, I can totally see myself using Kululu again for significant events, and have already recommended it to others who are planning their own weddings now. 10/10, would upload again!

This was my 2nd year using Kululu for my annual birthday party. It is such an easy, fun app. The guests really enjoy being interactive at the party. Kululu was very easy to get started and our corporate Christmas Party LOVED it! We put the photo wall on the giant screen in our ballroom and every time a new pic would appear, people would laugh and cheer! We'll definitely use this again at our New Year's Eve event!

I used Kululu to capture photos of my wedding (from our guests). I printed the QR code Kululu provided me (that linked to my board) and placed it on the tables at our reception. By the end of the night, all of our guests had utilised the QR code to upload their photos. In addition to our professional photos, it was fantastic to see our wedding from our guests eyes, and capture their group pics and funny dancefloor videos. I used the 100 picture limit option, which filled up pretty quickly. I highly recommend using this service for your wedding - and purchasing the option where you can upload unlimited photos!

I needed a photo wall for a company event at the last minute and found Kululu in my panicked search. I'm SO glad I found them. It was easy to set up, easy to use, and the best part is how responsive they have been to some feedback I had. They really care about their customers and making this the best photo wall experience. We got the best event pictures and our photographer didn't have to be everywhere at once to get all the action shots. This is what we will be using for all of our events from now on!!!!

We purchased the premium ($99) plan for our company holiday party with approx 300 guests. It was a HUGE hit and honestly made the night. You could hear audible reactions to the photos and videos submitted, and we got over 400 uploads all in all. This is a crowd of mostly 40+ year old professionals, so the fact that they bought in and used it was both surprising and a relief (I pitched the idea!). As the person setting it up and moderating, I really appreciated the ease of use. Getting our branding uploaded, testing to make sure everything looked right, and getting it to display on the projector were a breeze. It was easier than setting up our powerpoint slideshow. Also, though I didn't need to use them, I was thankful that moderation features existed and were simple to operate. This is just a great piece of software and a worthwhile inclusion to any event--even ones with social media averse guests!

This was an absolute must for our highschool dance we hosted. The kids LOVED it and it was a great way fo them to download pictures the next day.

Adding a social wall to our party was a great way to engage our guests and add some fun! Customizing the Photo Wall to our theme was straightforward, direct posting of images with the QR code "just worked", and the whole experience was simple enough that all guests of any technical depth were able to navigate it. Out of about three of four choices we landed on Kululu. The main reasons were ease of operation (no app required and totally doable for "older relatives") and the competitive pricing. Was a great addition to our wedding and everybody loved it. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement it would probably more choices for the layout of the presentation.

My daughter got married in England and we had a reception in the US for people who didn't make the trip. We wanted to share the UK wedding somehow at the US reception. I looked online for a product and found Kululu. Your product added so much to our US reception. Not only could the guests experience the UK wedding, but they added their own experiences to the photos and videos. We had a card at each table with the QR code and suggestions of types of photos to take. Not only was it fun to see the results on the screen, but it got the guests interacting with each other. Our DJ had never heard of Kululu and he said he was going to definitely recommend it to future clients after seeing the impact it had on our evening. I highly recommend it for your event!

This was the most perfect addition to our wedding. We had a professional photographer and videographer, but we knew that we wouldn’t get those back for weeks, and waking up the morning after our wedding and being able to see so many photos and videos was just what we needed. I enjoyed using Kululu. It was very easy to use. We collected almost 150 photos and that's not all of them. Some people still haven't uploaded some of their pics. I love the fact that guests didn't have to download an app...I think they really appreciated that.

We absolutely loved the live wall and our gusts had an absolute ball uploading pictures! We went with the unlimited for our 90 people wedding and had about 200 uploads. The fact that people can upload after the event was amazing too. My husband and I enjoyed looking at all the photos again the next day as well! 10/10 would recommend!

We purchased the Plus plan for our wedding. We broadcast the slideshow on 2 big TV screens at the venue. Everyone enjoyed it. We had just under 200 uploads for about 75 guest. Only issue was that we wish the captions on the photos that guest write downloaded also. Easy fix I can just do it manually. Would definitely recommend. Easy to use even for older generation.

We used it during a school event. Parents were enjoying a drink while they saw photos of their children who, at the same time, were watching a 'scary movie' in the classrooms. Afterwards, the children joined us and more scary party photos were taken. Everybody loved the extra detail. This time we used the free version and came very close to the 100 photo's. It was a small hassle to download the photos afterwards, this can be done with one click with the payed version.

This app was so great! $100 may seem a little steep for premium access for your site but honestly was worth it in my opinion! It made it easy to customize everything and was so simple to use. I would 100% use this again if i had to re-do my wedding.

The Live Photo Wall was great! But some of the setup (like setting the QR Code Size) seemed to have to keep getting set back up between devices. Also we had a point after a few hundred photos were added that it seemed to stop showing a number of the older uploaded photos from the evening, but reloading the webpage seemed to get everything back on track. But other then that it was a fantastic service and everyone raved about it!

Kululu was perfect for our wedding. We had a pretty tiny wedding budget and didn't want to have a professional photographer, so the live photo wall was a great way to get everyone's photos in one place and to remind people to keep taking photos throughout the night. Also, I'm American and my partner is Finnish - our wedding was in Finland so most of my family couldn't attend. The album during and after the wedding made it possible for us to share our wedding with them, so I'm very grateful for that. I printed the QR code along with instructions. Then I framed and displayed them on each table at my wedding. Guests were delighted with how easy it was to open their camera, scan the QR code, and upload their photos and videos. I’m delighted with how easy my is to view and download all the photos and videos. I love the random moments they captured - moments that I’ll cherish forever!
