What is Kululu for Businesses and who is it for?
Kululu for Businesses is a set of plans and tools specifically designed for professionals in the event industry. This includes photographers, event planners, venues, corporates and more. The service offers a range of features that are tailored towards businesses, as well as cost-effective pricing for those who host multiple events throughout the year.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. Chat to our friendly team to find a solution that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time before the end of the month, and you won't be charged again. Your previous events will be deactivated and deleted soon after. At any moment you can download all the files and uploads to your device and transfer it to another service if you wish. We don't like vendor-lock-in the same as you don't.
Do you have a white-label solutions for businesses?
Yes, we provide white-label solutions for agencies whoâd like to offer a branded experience (logos, domains, etc.) to their clients, without any mention of Kululu. Â Please contact us to learn more via chat or email (hello@kululu.me).
How does billing work?
You'll be charged every month according to your chosen plan. Your event monthly quota will begin from that moment till the next charge.
Is it suitable for a yearly ongoing event(s)?
Yes, your event(s) will stay active for as long as you choose. For instance, if you have an event that you want to keep open for new uploads from participants throughout the year, it will remain active as long as your subscription is active (and you manually didnât deactivate it). You can have # amount of Active Events according to the plan you choose.
What is considered an Active Event?
An Active Event is an event that is currently accepting new uploads. You are allowed to create and run events depending on the plan you choose. Any active events from previous months will be included in your monthly quota.
Your events remain active as long as you wish until you deactivate them. Once deactivated, no more uploads or changes can be made, and the event data will be deleted after 180 days.

Do you offer custom services?
We understand that some events are unique, so a custom solution may be necessary. Please get in touch with us with your specific use case and we will do our best to assist you.
